At this year’s Baton Live, we are adding an important component to the Baton Live experience, Baton Learn. This unique opportunity allows athletes, coaches, and judges to work with, and learn from, others who have similar interests. Our sport will be stronger if we work together.
All these opportunities are available on the registration form for Baton Live. If you have something you would like covered in the clinic as an athlete, parent, or coach, please contact us at info@batonlive.com and we will try and put it into our schedule.

IBTF New Judging System – Fiche Requirement - (Thursday 1/1/26)
Topic: How to Develop, Write, and Submit a Fiche for Freestyle.
IBTF is rolling out its groundbreaking Judging System Fiche, set to debut at the 2026 World Championships—and whether you’re a Coach or a Judge, you cannot afford to miss Baton Learn’s seminar on how to develop and submit a fiche. Coaches will now be required to submit the Fiche in the new system for freestyle participation. Your ability to navigate this process effectively is essential! This interactive, discussion-based course is your chance to understand, practice, and discuss the system. Join fellow professionals in a collaborative learning experience and discuss the fiche you have written for your athlete or let us help you create the best options for your submission. Topic: Overview of the New IBTF Judging System
The IBTF’s New Judging System (NJS) is here, and it’s transforming the way competitions are scored—starting with the 2026 World Championships! As a Master judge, you must be fully prepared to understand and apply every aspect of the new system, including the crucial Fiche submissions from coaches, which determines the scoring. This interactive, discussion-based course is a helpful step to mastering both the theory and practice of the NJS. Learning this system takes time, practicing together with others and gaining confidence in your role, will have you better prepared for the future. This lesson can be for choreography, an opinion, or simply help with a particular skill. Several top coaches and choreographers will be available to choose from. There is limited time available for this and it will be based on a first come first serve basis. If this is of interest to you, register for a private lesson, and when we determine all the coaches available, we will give you your options.
