Registration for Baton Live 2026  (BL’26) has changed from previous years.

 In an effort to streamline, and simplify, the registration process we have developed two new concepts. 

1. The first is there are specific BL’26 packages to choose from that include all key elements for your participation in our amazing event including, Hotel Room, mandatory Universal tickets, unlimited Cabana Bay drink cups, entry to event locations, etc. (see options below). 
2. The second is introducing a BL’26 currency called “TWRLcoin”. Each package will include a set number of “TWRLcoins” which will be your BL’26 currency for purchasing items such as entry to competition events, BL’26 merchandise, entry to other BL’26 events such as flashmob @ Universal, BL’26 Amazing Race, etc. 

Additional “TWRLcoins” will be available for purchase during the registration process as well as throughout our entire event this year. Your “TWRLcoins” are your “Wizard Wand” to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the exciting and fun competition and family entertainment experiences.

BL’26 Packages are all based on double occupancy. Each athlete must have a guardian in the room that is over 21. Any additional guests in the room must purchase the “Extra Person” upgrade package. For liability and Cabana Bay rules we can have no exceptions of extra people (>2) in the rooms that have not purchased a package for each additional 

guest.

Group Entry

 To streamline the coaches' entry process this year, you will need to direct each of your athletes and their parents/guardians to complete the individual registration form first, even if they are only competing in group events. On the individual form, they will be prompted to select the number of group routines they are participating in. This process eliminates the need for coaches to collect registration fees.

Example: 

1 TWRLcoin per athlete, per group routine.

4 team routines = 4 TWRLcoins needed per athlete.

Coaches are required to purchase their own BL'26 package and email their group rosters. Group entries will not be completed until each student has submitted their individual entry form.
